Vacation apartment in Chianti town for 2 - 4 (+2) persons
Our holiday apartment is on the second floor and third floors of a house one minute from the main piazza of Greve in Chianti. We offer a large, modern dining and living room with attached, fully-equipped kitchenette on the second floor and one double bedroom and one twin bedroom on the third floor. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded to sleep two additional persons. There are modern bathrooms with shower and toilet on both floors. The entry is via a first floor terrace overlooking the street. The terrace is shared with the neighbours but is available for our guests to relax after a hard day of sightseeing. The apartment has recently been fully renovated. Our apartment is completely quiet inside and yet just a few yards from the social and commercial centre of Greve in Chianti - Piazza Matteotti. The SITA bus stop for trips to Florence and Panzano is 5 minutes away.

Appartamento "Monica" Tuscany vacation apartment is located on the little shopping street, via Roma, leading off the beautiful main piazza of Greve in Chianti, the market town of the Chianti Classico wine territory. Greve is situated half way between Florence and Sienna along the scenic "Chiantigiana" highway joining these two famous Italian art cities. If you are without a car, comfortable pullman buses (SITA) run several times a day to Florence from a stop 5 minutes walk from our front door. Greve has numerous restaurants and also an excellent Coop Supermarket. If you wish to eat at home without doing a lot of cooking, you can find roast meat, roast potatoes, cold cuts, pasta, vegetables in olive oil, fruit and local specialities at the supermarket or at any of the speciality food outlets almost next door.

High season (1 April - 30 September, Christmas/New Year) 2 persons 60 euros per night 4 (+2) persons 90 euro per night Minimum stay 3 nights, discount of 10% for 7 nights or more.
Low season 2 persons 50 euros per night 4 (+2) persons 80 euro per night Minimum stay 3 nights, discount of 10% for 7 nights or more.
We request credit card details as security at the time of confirmation. In the case of a cancellation made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, 30% of the total price will be deducted from your card.
Please pay the total amount in cash upon arrival.
