|
Montebeni is a small group of farmhouses forming two sides of a courtyard located on the road leading from Greve in Chianti to Castello di Colognole. Montebeni is 800 m from the Piazza of Greve and 500 m from the nearest SITA bus stop for buses to and from Florence. The road slopes gently upward and Montebeni is easily reached on foot from Greve and from the SITA bus stop.
The houses forming Montebeni are inhabited by local people and three apartments were beautifully renovated in 2008 for use as vacation rentals. Since Greve in Chianti lies halfway between Florence and Siena on the scenic Chiantigiana highway, Montebeni is an ideal base for visitors planning to visit those two art cities and to explore the Chianti Classico wine zone that spreads between them.

Studio Apartment (No. 1) for 2 (+1) persons - price 58 euros per night. This apartment consists of a large room equipped with double bed and dining table. There is a small separate kitchen and a large bathroom. The sofa can be expanded to provide a bed for an additional person. Apartment 1 may be rented together with Apartment 2, with the possibility to open an interior connecting door.

Services and conditions
All guests have the use of the garden, tables and chairs behind the apartments. Each apartment is self-catering, and includes a flat-screen television.
Payments
We request a deposit of 30% of the total amount due paid by bank transfer or via PayPal upon confirmation of your reservation. The balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit is forfeited for cancellations less that 30 days prior to arrival.
