Tuscan cuisine - what does it consist of?

As part of your Tuscan cooking lessons, you will learn the basis of Tuscan culinary tradition grounded on the rich variety and the high quality of the ingredients: extra-virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, Chianti wine, vegetables, meats, preparing, depending on your choice, hand-made pasta, potatoe gnocchi, risotto, ribollita, panzanella, crostini, pappa al pomodoro, pasta e fagioli, peposo, ossobuco.
