"La Casina di Lu" is located on via Garibaldi, a quiet street in Greve in Chianti, just a one minute walk from Piazza Matteotti, the main square of Greve, and two minutes walk from a SITA bus stop (Greve in Chianti - Tirassegno) for the buses to and from Florence (1 hour).
Our self-catering holiday apartment is on the first floor (American second floor) and accommodates 2 persons in a double room plus one person on the sofabed in the living room. It has a kitchen-dining room and a modern bathroom with shower.
A satellite TV is provided.
There is parking on the street nearby (with a bit of luck) and a parking building about 10 minutes walk away.

Discounts are available for long stays.
The apartment costs: 55 euros per night for two persons in low season 60 euros per night for two persons in high season
High Season: 1 April to 31 October plus Christmas and New Year. Low Season: 1 November to 31 March excluding Christmas and New Year.
Third person costs an additional 10 euros.
Electricity and WiFi are included in the price. Gas for heating, if required, costs 3.00 euros per cu.m.
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost to be sent by bank transfer. This deposit is forfeit if you cancel less than 30 days before arrival. The balance should be paid in cash upon arrival.
