Restaurant & Hotel Villa Sangiovese (Panzano)

Villa Sangiovese is a family-run restaurant and hotel located in an 18th century villa fronting onto the small village square of Panzano in Chianti. It was established in 1987 by Hans Ulrich and Anne Marie Bleuler-Staerkle who still personally see to the comfort of every single guest. Villa Bordoni Hotel & Restaurant (Mezzuola - Greve in Chianti)

Villa Bordoni Hotel Restaurant was founded by David and Catherine Gardner, the owners of the well-known Trattoria Baldovino and Ristorante Beccofino in the historical centre of Florence. The two intimate rooms of the Villa Bordoni restaurant and its bar open onto the Italianate garden of the villa. The food, Tuscan reinvented, is the fruit of the creativity of Chef Francesco Fineo, who can be seen in action in the glass-paneled, dramatic black and white kitchen.
