Rental
conditions
Deposit:
a deposit of 20% of your rental is required to confirm your
reservation.
Refunds: if you cancel
more than 60 days before your stay , your deposit will be
refunded 100%. Between 60 and 30 days, 50% of your deposit will
be refunded. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations less than 30
days before your stay.
Cleaning charge: Euro
30 after a
one week stay.
Heating during the winter costs
Euro 7 per day.
Pets are allowed.
Minimum stay of three days October through May
inclusive.
June, July, August, September, minimum stay of one week, the
weekly price depending on the season and number of people.
