La Rossignol, with six couples of dancers and seven musicians, has been engaged by Carlo Carlei, with Indiana Production of Gabriele Muccino and with Amber Entertainment, to participate in the film "Romeo and Juliet", Shakespeare's greatly loved and famous tradegy dedicated to the forbidden love between Giulietta Capuleti (to be played by Hailee Steinfeld) and Romeo Montecchi (to be played by Douglas Booth).
Shooting will take place during February in the Palazzo Ducale of Mantua (Mantova) and La Rossignol has been entrusted with the creation of the music and the dances for the celebration at the Capuleti house during which Romeo Montague, in masquerade, falls madly in love with Juliet. The choreography will be by Bruna and Marco Gondoni Bendoni, and the music by Domenico Baronius.
