How to order work from L'Inganno
The
best way to buy or commission a painting from L'Inganno is to visit our studio in Greve
and discuss your needs with us in person. However, if you are unable to do this or want to
order an item before a visit, you can easily do so: |
1. Either telephone, fax or e-mail the studio to discuss with us your
wishes. If you have appropriate photographs, magazine articles or colour samples, please
collect them together and send them to us.
2. We
will then send you a sketch, a price quotation and, if necessary, colour samples. If you
require extensive changes, we will send you another sketch.
3. Let
us know as soon as possible if you want to go ahead with the project, as we are often
heavily booked. We require a 50%, non-refundable deposit when we start work.
4. When
the work is completed, if you wish we can send you a photograph. Additional changes at
this stage generally increase the price of the work.
5. We
are happy to pack and ship your piece anywhere in the world. We provide estimates of
shipping costs which should be included with your final payment at the time of despatch.

We can
provide line drawings of pieces of furniture for you to choose from. A photo of the
painting in its final stages can be sent to you, although in the case of furniture with
special wax or patina finishes, the final appearance may vary somewhat. |
